    1. Go to huggingface.co/settings/tokens and sign in (or create a free account).
    2. Click "+ Create new token".
    3. Under Token type, select "Read".
    4. Name it Business Ops Toolkit (or anything you like).
    5. Click "Create token" -- done. Copy the token.
    The Read token automatically includes Inference Provider access, which is the only permission this app needs. No checkboxes to configure.
    Option B -- Minimal permissions (Fine-grained token)
    1. On the same page, click "+ Create new token".
    2. Under Token type, select "Fine-grained".
    3. Name it Business Ops Toolkit.
    4. Under User permissions → Inference, check "Make calls to Inference Providers".
    5. Leave everything else unchecked.
    6. Click "Create token". Copy the token.
    Why Inference Providers? This app uses HuggingFace's free Inference API to generate images (FLUX.1), audio (Kokoro), video (Wan2.2), music (MusicGen), and run OCR. That one checkbox covers all of it.
