By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Business Ops Toolkit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing or acting on them. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, subject to the AI provider's terms, of the outputs produced for you.

We disclaim all liability for actions you take based on AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
